- Italian Buttercream (Meringue-based, light + silky, not as sweet)
- Swiss Meringue Buttercream (Meringue-based, light & silky, not as sweet)
- French Buttercream (yolk-based, rich and lightly sweet)
Icing can be flavored per request. Vanilla is default.
